Job Description

Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • prior experience as a general manager or similar leadership role
  • familiarity with quick service restaurant operations preferred
  • ability to lead a high-performing team
  • excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • willingness to work varied hours
  • must be able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience running high volume restaurants
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail considered
  • leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • strong communication and coaching abilities
  • age 18 or older

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • collaborate with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • lead and coach department managers to improve performance
  • hire and develop department and shift managers
  • oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
  • monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels
  • manage daily operations to meet financial targets
