Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach department managers to improve their respective departments
  • monitor department progress and provide ongoing feedback
  • manage hiring and development of department and shift managers
  • ensure the restaurant has the right team to support future leadership needs
  • maintain high customer service standards and operational efficiency
