Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or food service setting
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to comply with ADA accommodations if needed
  • Willingness to foster a respectful and inclusive work environment

Job Duties

  • Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant including execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • Ensure restaurant objectives are achieved in all areas while following company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Create and maintain a people excellence environment
  • Inspire team members to go above and beyond
  • Keep the Wendy's spirit alive in the restaurant
