Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, and perform repetitive hand/arm motions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
  • Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Food Handler Permit as required by local laws
  • Compliance with all health department regulations
  • Ability to write simple correspondence in English
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff in English
  • Ability to test products by taste, color, and smell

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience coaching and developing teams in a retail environment
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling certifications
  • Ability to manage financial and operational reports
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Monitor sales, labor, and food costs to meet financial targets
  • Manage overall store operations including staff supervision and scheduling
  • Recruit, interview, and hire store staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational policies
  • Provide training, coaching, and development of employees
  • Maintain inventory and control waste and giveaways
  • Coordinate store maintenance and equipment repairs
  • Oversee cash handling and financial reporting
  • Lead promotional and marketing activities
  • Foster positive relationships with mall management and community
  • Enforce dress code and personal appearance standards
  • Participate as a working manager alongside staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned
