Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality
- ability to lead and develop a team
- strong organizational and planning skills
- commitment to upholding McDonald’s standards
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail industries
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers and provide coaching and direction
- monitor Department goals and improve departmental performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- maintain high standards of customer experience and operational excellence
