Job Requirements

  • Restaurant experience required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience in high-volume restaurants
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of customer service standards and quality control
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and create action plans
  • Lead and develop Department Managers to achieve their goals
  • Coach and provide direction to improve departmental performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Manage daily restaurant operations and customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
