Job Requirements
- Restaurant experience required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and create action plans
- Lead and develop Department Managers to achieve their goals
- Coach and provide direction to improve departmental performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Manage daily restaurant operations and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
