Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years retail or warehouse operations management experience
- Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification
- Forklift license or ability to obtain
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency including MS Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including open shifts
- Must be 18 years or older
- Physically able to perform duties including lifting up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to obtain and maintain certifications as required
Job Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager
- Strong drive for results and solid work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of shrink controls, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities including managing and supervising cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of store operations, membership, front-line, gas station, tire bay, maintenance, receiving, and omni procedures
- Completion of company training program preferred
- High school diploma and/or college degree preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Servsafe certification
- Forklift operator required
- Open shift availability required
- At least 18 years of age
