Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related role
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
- ability to push or pull up to 90 lbs for up to 30 feet
- ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift
- flexible scheduling availability
- punctuality and reliability
- adherence to safety and cash handling procedures
- knowledge of human resources policies and processes

Job Duties

- coach and drive excellence in core operations procedures including shift accountability, product projections, repairs and maintenance spending, cost of sales/cost of labor controls

- recruit, select, develop, and retain employees using hiring and learning zones, 1:1s, and bench planning
