Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in restaurant management or related field
- ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
- strong interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours
- must be at least 18 years old
- basic computer skills
- ability to handle fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience managing high volume quick service restaurant locations
- experience in quick service restaurants hospitality or retail
- leadership and team management skills
- strong communication and coaching abilities
- ability to develop and execute operational plans
- customer service focus
- age 18 or older
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant ensuring quality service and cleanliness standards
- set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
- lead and support Department Managers in goal setting and performance monitoring
- provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee daily restaurant operations
- ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with operating procedures
