The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s branding, logos, and food products, while maintaining full control over employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in restaurant management or related field
  • ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to handle fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience managing high volume quick service restaurant locations
  • experience in quick service restaurants hospitality or retail
  • leadership and team management skills
  • strong communication and coaching abilities
  • ability to develop and execute operational plans
  • customer service focus
  • age 18 or older

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant ensuring quality service and cleanliness standards
  • set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
  • lead and support Department Managers in goal setting and performance monitoring
  • provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • oversee daily restaurant operations
  • ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with operating procedures
