Job Duties
- Lead by example with uncompromising professionalism and hospitality
- recruit, develop, and retain top-tier bar managers and staff
- establish a culture of accountability, discipline, and pride
- conduct regular performance reviews and structured coaching
- enforce standards consistently across all shifts and managers
- own the end-to-end guest journey
- ensure luxury service standards are executed flawlessly every night
- personally manage VIPs, regulars, and industry relationships
- resolve guest issues with discretion, urgency, and tact
- maintain ambience standards including lighting, music, cleanliness, pacing
- ensure strict compliance with jigger-only pours, written cocktail specifications, and recipe yield accuracy
- partner with bar leadership on menu execution and training
- ensure bartenders demonstrate deep spirits knowledge and technique
- protect the integrity of the cocktail program at all times
- oversee weekly liquor inventories and variance analysis
- track bottle movement and cocktail depletion
- manage ordering, par levels, and vendor relationships
- control pour cost, comp, spill, and waste
- maintain organized, audit-ready storage systems
- full P&L ownership
- manage labor efficiency and scheduling
- analyze sales trends and guest behavior
- prepare forecasts and performance reports
- drive revenue without compromising brand standards
- ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations
- maintain SOPs and training documentation
- oversee payroll, scheduling, and HR processes
- ensure facility upkeep and equipment functionality
