Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers
- Ensure the restaurant has adequate capacity by generating weekly schedules
- Maintain an inviting and positive family culture by coaching, disciplinary measures, and hiring
- Oversee and participate in routine ordering and inventory practices
- Ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
- Support your team's ability to handle roles and meet customer needs
- Resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns calmly
- Execute marketing plans on time and accurately
- Review profit and loss statements and progress toward goals with District Manager
- Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
