- Previous general manager experience
- Ability to manage a high volume restaurant
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

- Background in quick service restaurants preferred

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met
- Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers
- Follow up on progress of departmental goals
- Provide direction to improve departmental performance
- Hire and develop management staff
