Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • one to two years related experience and/or training
  • knowledge of company's policies and procedures
  • understanding of P&L analysis
  • supervisory skills
  • ability to meet federal, state, and local employment laws
  • complete GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • valid Serve-Safe certification

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
  • knowledge of supervisory practices
  • ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and regulations
  • ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • strong presentation and communication skills
  • proficiency in mathematical calculations including algebra and geometry
  • serve-safe certification
  • completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations and staff
  • execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • ensure objectives are reached in all operational areas
  • ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws
  • provide leadership and direction to managers and crew
  • oversee training and development of subordinate staff
  • conduct profit and loss analysis and implement corrective actions
