Job Requirements
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- 1+ years as a General Manager preferred
- proven success in building teams and driving sales
- ability to manage restaurant financials

Job Qualifications
- Proven success in building teams and driving sales
- 3+ years of previous restaurant management experience with at least 1+ years as a General Manager preferred
- proven success managing restaurant financials
Job Duties

- train Players in their positions
- delegate, provide direction to, evaluate, counsel, discipline, and terminate Players as needed
- provide performance feedback and reviews for Coaches and Players and assist with the professional development of their team
- work effectively with the management team and Players using initiative, judgment, and discretion
- monitor Player job performance, food and labor costs, budgets, sales, labor payroll, operation of restaurant equipment, food and beverage preparation, storage, inventory, and presentation
- manage food and beverage service
- oversee vendor invoices and food ordering system
- maintain communication and manager log entries
- manage cash transactions, comps, voids, and amounts of cash in drawers
- assist with marketing strategy and implement advertising and promotional campaigns to increase business
