Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Compliance with federal, state and local laws
  • Ability to provide leadership and training to staff
  • Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Provide vision and leadership to Crew, Shift Supervisors and Assistant General Managers
  • Ensure customer expectations are exceeded every visit
  • Achieve or exceed business objectives every shift, every day
  • Inspire team members to go above and beyond
  • Ensure every item served meets Wendy's quality standards
  • Maintain the Wendy's spirit in the restaurant
  • Develop and advance team members' skills
  • Manage operations and staff including policy and procedure execution
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical practices
  • Lead, train and develop subordinate managers and crew
  • Create and maintain a 'People Excellence' environment
