Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Compliance with federal, state and local laws
- Ability to provide leadership and training to staff

Job Duties
- Provide vision and leadership to Crew, Shift Supervisors and Assistant General Managers
- Ensure customer expectations are exceeded every visit
- Achieve or exceed business objectives every shift, every day
- Inspire team members to go above and beyond
- Ensure every item served meets Wendy's quality standards
- Maintain the Wendy's spirit in the restaurant
- Develop and advance team members' skills
- Manage operations and staff including policy and procedure execution
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical practices
- Lead, train and develop subordinate managers and crew
- Create and maintain a 'People Excellence' environment
