Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in alignment with company policies and legal regulations
  • recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work activities
  • appraise employee performance and administer rewards or disciplinary actions, including termination
  • foster a positive restaurant culture with high employee engagement
  • coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
  • model professional behavior and maintain a hospitable atmosphere
  • communicate sales performance and forecast variances to management team
  • implement corporate programs and initiatives
  • assist team members with duties as needed
  • promote sales through suggestive selling and sales-building activities
  • maximize table turnover and sales per guest
  • greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues to guarantee satisfaction
  • maintain efficient cost control and profit management
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and internal policies
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor food quality and cleanliness
  • control operations including cash, inventory, food, labor, and schedules
  • manage profit and loss including food and labor costs
  • oversee inventory and recipe compliance
  • optimize employee schedules
  • ensure proper use of equipment and maintain company assets
  • perform other assigned duties
