Job Duties
- Lead performance management activities with staff including goal setting and performance reviews
- Assist in selecting and developing high-performance employees
- Partner with HR for recruiting and interviewing potential employees
- Oversee onboarding and training of new staff including compliance and specialized training
- Ensure 100% completion of ongoing required training
- Motivate and manage the store team to maximize productivity and align on goals
- Enforce store policies and procedures
- Monitor and document staff performance and behavior
- Oversee employee scheduling and verify payroll information including commissions and bonuses
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate promotions and goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment
- Continuously improve operational execution and adhere to safety standards
- Manage equipment maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize store performance
- Ensure exceptional store experience to engage and retain customers
- Work flexible hours based on business needs including weekends and holidays
- Make timely decisions regarding customer service
- Report daily on appointments, revenue, and calls
- Report all safety and medical incidents
- Drive store sales through memberships, packages, and retail opportunities
- Maintain local presence through community partnerships
- Participate in local events and wellness initiatives
- Lead store team in service and product knowledge to meet sales goals
- Manage sales process and exceed sales targets
- Coordinate local grassroots marketing and community events
- Set and track sales goals across all services
- Manage social media channels and marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain a network of ambassadors and influencers
- Represent the brand by embodying core values
- Organize staff outings, professional development, and workshops to reinforce company culture
