Job Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum two years experience in restaurant management
- Ability to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and moving rapidly for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot and cold environments
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience as a General Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a full-service or fast-paced restaurant
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost controls, and P&L management
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Job Duties
- Lead all daily restaurant operations
- Oversee front and back-of-house activities
- Manage labor scheduling and staffing
- Control inventory and ordering
- Monitor financial performance and budgeting
- Train and develop managers and staff
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
- Resolve guest issues and promote guest satisfaction
