Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum two years experience in restaurant management
  • Ability to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • Capable of standing, walking, bending, and moving rapidly for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot and cold environments

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years experience as a General Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a full-service or fast-paced restaurant
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and guest service abilities
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, cost controls, and P&L management
  • Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Job Duties

  • Lead all daily restaurant operations
  • Oversee front and back-of-house activities
  • Manage labor scheduling and staffing
  • Control inventory and ordering
  • Monitor financial performance and budgeting
  • Train and develop managers and staff
