Job Requirements
- associate’s degree with relevant academic major
- minimum of three years management experience
- minimum of four years relevant school nutrition programs experience
- experience in K-12 food service operations
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- strong financial acumen
- proven leadership and team motivation skills
- ability to manage multiple locations
- ability to develop strategic initiatives for business growth
- commitment to client satisfaction and contract fulfillment
Job Qualifications
- associate’s degree with academic major in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business, or a related field
- minimum of three years management experience
- minimum of four years of relevant school nutrition programs experience
- strong employee engagement leadership skills
- experience working within K-12 services and National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
- professional communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks
- flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
