Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant management preferred
- Prior leadership role experience required
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Capability to lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Must comply with state-mandated age requirements for alcohol-serving roles
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and using hands
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to adhere to company safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance and managing disciplinary actions
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Promote sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues to ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
- Maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors and maintain cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, food, and labor costs
- Manage P&L including food cost, labor cost, and carryout expenses
- Oversee proper use of restaurant equipment and facility maintenance
- Perform all other duties as assigned
