Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform all restaurant operation positions and functions
  • Ability to stand for long periods without break
  • Capability to meet all subordinate job requirements
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel to multiple store locations
  • Ability to conduct physical inspections
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with Wendy's policies and procedures
  • Strong supervisory and training skills
  • Experience with P&L analysis and budgeting
  • Effective interviewing and development skills

Job Duties

  • Execute the store plan to achieve sales and operational standards
  • Manage staffing and personnel training to ensure excellent service
  • Maintain the store environment to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Analyze P&L statements and take corrective actions
  • Oversee local marketing programs and promotions
  • Conduct physical inspections of all restaurant areas
  • Travel to multiple stores as required to support operations
