Job Requirements
- Ability to perform all restaurant operation positions and functions
- Ability to stand for long periods without break
- Capability to meet all subordinate job requirements
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to multiple store locations
- Ability to conduct physical inspections
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- Familiarity with Wendy's policies and procedures
- Strong supervisory and training skills
- Experience with P&L analysis and budgeting
- Effective interviewing and development skills
Job Duties
- Execute the store plan to achieve sales and operational standards
- Manage staffing and personnel training to ensure excellent service
- Maintain the store environment to maximize customer satisfaction
- Analyze P&L statements and take corrective actions
- Oversee local marketing programs and promotions
- Conduct physical inspections of all restaurant areas
- Travel to multiple stores as required to support operations
