Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods
- Ability to push, lift, carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, use hands, bend, stoop
- Ability to communicate verbally
- Ability to use close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and adjust focus
- Ability to access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock, and register area
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Compliance with safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to resolve conflicts and problems effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College and/or culinary education preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and administer rewards or disciplinary actions including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and anticipated variances
- Cascade corporate programs and initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest and hour
- Meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality/service issues
- Ensure OSHA, safety, and health codes compliance
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control day-to-day operations including cash control, inventory, and financial reviews
- Manage P&L including food, labor, and controllable costs
- Control food costs via recipes and portion control, manage weekly inventory
- Optimize labor schedules using company tools
- Ensure proper equipment use
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
