Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years retail management experience
  • Proven financial management skills
  • Experience in inventory monitoring and merchandising execution
  • Demonstrated leadership in talent management and team motivation
  • Proficiency with Point of Sale and office technology
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changes
  • Work flexible full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Availability to close store at least once weekly
  • Willingness to attend corporate meetings and travel including overnight stays
  • Ability to maintain valid ID for airline travel

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience
  • Proven success in financial management driving sales, managing payroll and controlling expenses
  • Demonstrated retail management ability monitoring inventory, driving service culture and executing merchandising
  • Strong leadership management attracting, developing, motivating teams and adapting to change
  • Proficient with technology including Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, use good judgment, and adapt flexibly

Job Duties

  • Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink goals
  • Drive company profitability through operational excellence, sales growth, and expense control
  • Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets for scheduling to maximize productivity and meet financial goals
  • Address financial and operational issues identified through reporting, store visits, and audits
  • Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to enhance guest experience and sales
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests
  • Maintain regular attendance and enforce attendance policies among staff
  • Attract, hire, and retain diverse top talent and efficiently fill staffing needs
  • Address policy violations and execute corrective actions fairly
  • Build an engaged team embodying brand values through collaboration and communication
  • Foster an inclusive environment encouraging growth and engagement
  • Lead manager and associate development through training, feedback, and reviews
  • Ensure ongoing professional development including brand and category education
  • Model open communication by aligning team goals with company strategy
  • Promote teamwork by providing clear direction and collaborating with management
  • Execute Guest Engagement Leader program to enhance guest experience and business results
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Enforce dress code and scheduling policies to provide exceptional guest service
  • Use task management tools to prioritize store workload and ensure policy compliance
  • Protect company assets by meeting all store standards including safety and inventory control
  • Perform inventory control processes and report theft
  • Support continuous improvement and adoption of company initiatives and technology
  • Communicate business trends and opportunities to field leadership regularly
