Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Possess reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time (47 hours per week) including varied shifts
- Willingness to learn new business systems and tools

- A minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days preferred
- Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruitment, and training preferred
- Familiarity with store systems such as Toast, CrunchTime, and Workday preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts including scheduling and bench planning
- Build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting and consistent coaching
- Execute and oversee role-based training programs and onboarding initiatives
- Provide ongoing feedback and recognition to support team development
- Model and uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment for team members and guests
- Lead by example to inspire exceptional guest experiences and foster a culture of excellence
- Manage supply chain, inventory, and asset management to ensure operational efficiency and minimize loss
