Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Possess reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time (47 hours per week) including varied shifts
  • Willingness to learn new business systems and tools

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days preferred
  • Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruitment, and training preferred
  • Familiarity with store systems such as Toast, CrunchTime, and Workday preferred
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts including scheduling and bench planning
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting and consistent coaching
  • Execute and oversee role-based training programs and onboarding initiatives
  • Provide ongoing feedback and recognition to support team development
  • Model and uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment for team members and guests
  • Lead by example to inspire exceptional guest experiences and foster a culture of excellence
  • Manage supply chain, inventory, and asset management to ensure operational efficiency and minimize loss
