Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum experience in restaurant management
- strong business acumen
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- effective interpersonal and communication skills
- capability to assist in all areas of restaurant operations as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- strong leadership and people development skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- experience with business operations including P&L management
- ability to create and execute marketing and community engagement initiatives
- excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
