Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum experience in restaurant management
strong business acumen
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
effective interpersonal and communication skills
capability to assist in all areas of restaurant operations as needed

Job Qualifications

Previous restaurant management experience
strong leadership and people development skills
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
experience with business operations including P&L management
ability to create and execute marketing and community engagement initiatives
excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Job Duties

Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve business goals
hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
oversee food preparation to ensure safety and quality standards
maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
implement creative marketing strategies including fundraisers and community engagement
monitor financial performance including profit and loss management and sales forecasting
deliver excellent guest experiences through strong leadership and communication
