Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum experience in restaurant management
  • strong business acumen
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • capability to assist in all areas of restaurant operations as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership and people development skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • experience with business operations including P&L management
  • ability to create and execute marketing and community engagement initiatives
  • excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve business goals
  • hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • oversee food preparation to ensure safety and quality standards
  • maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • implement creative marketing strategies including fundraisers and community engagement
  • monitor financial performance including profit and loss management and sales forecasting
  • deliver excellent guest experiences through strong leadership and communication
