Job Requirements
- four to five years of management experience
- previous restaurant General Manager experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
- ability to manage and direct the work of others
- passion for training and developing a team
- ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements

Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
- lead and develop the restaurant management team through training and engagement initiatives
- manage local marketing efforts to drive customer traffic
- analyze Profit and Loss statements to maintain profitability
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
- coordinate community connection and charitable fundraising activities
- promote a culture of exceptional guest experiences and teamwork
