Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years shift supervisor or 1 year restaurant manager/assistant manager experience preferred in high volume QSR and/or fast casual concepts
- open/flexible work availability and excellent attendance
- valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation required

Job Duties
- comply with food safety procedures and ensure every item served is Wendy's quality
- work with management team to meet restaurant goals
- manage food and labor costs
- demonstrate knowledge and execution of Wendy's company policies and procedures
- monitor food inventory levels
- manage and maintain safe working conditions
- provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate restaurant managers, shift supervisors and team members
- inspire team members to go above and beyond by helping to advance their skills
- interview for selection in hiring on all staffing levels to create a team of customer-oriented, highly productive employees
- maintain fast, accurate service and provide top-notch customer service to every guest that comes into our fast food restaurant
