Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years shift supervisor or 1 year restaurant manager/assistant manager experience preferred in high volume QSR and/or fast casual concepts
  • open/flexible work availability and excellent attendance
  • valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation required

Job Duties

  • comply with food safety procedures and ensure every item served is Wendy's quality
  • work with management team to meet restaurant goals
  • manage food and labor costs
  • demonstrate knowledge and execution of Wendy's company policies and procedures
  • monitor food inventory levels
  • manage and maintain safe working conditions
  • provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate restaurant managers, shift supervisors and team members
  • inspire team members to go above and beyond by helping to advance their skills
  • interview for selection in hiring on all staffing levels to create a team of customer-oriented, highly productive employees
  • maintain fast, accurate service and provide top-notch customer service to every guest that comes into our fast food restaurant
