Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience managing high volume retail or quick service restaurant
  • excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set and achieve business goals
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead a team of Department Managers and provide coaching and direction
  • help Department Managers set their own goals and monitor progress
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • improve departments to enhance restaurant performance
  • ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures
