Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience managing high volume retail or quick service restaurant
- excellent leadership and organizational skills
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible hours
- must be 18 years or older

- previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to set and achieve business goals
- excellent communication and coaching abilities

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers and provide coaching and direction
- help Department Managers set their own goals and monitor progress
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- improve departments to enhance restaurant performance
- ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures
