Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-6 years of leadership experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends
  • Must meet state-mandated age requirements for alcohol service if applicable
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Capability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use hands for handling objects and tools
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to taste and smell
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Visual ability including close and peripheral vision
  • Ability to access all restaurant areas
  • Commitment to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Prior leadership experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant environments
  • College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and policy execution
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • Plan, assign, and direct work schedules
  • Appraise performance and administer rewards or disciplinary actions including terminations
  • Promote positive workplace culture and ensure high employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance job performance and guest satisfaction
  • Communicate sales performance and operational updates to management
  • Assist team members with specific job duties as necessary
  • Promote sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and hourly sales
  • Meet and greet guests and resolve quality or service issues
  • Maintain operational efficiency with cost control and profit management
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
  • Enforce safe work behaviors to protect guests and crew
  • Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Oversee cash control, inventory, and labor management
  • Manage food and labor costs including scheduling and financial review
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facility
  • Perform other duties as assigned
