Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • capability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • travel to multiple stores as needed
  • physical inspection of all restaurant areas
  • work in hot and cold environments including kitchen, cooler, and freezer
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience
  • college degree or equivalent
  • knowledge of Wendy's policies and procedures

  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
  • understanding of P&L analysis
  • supervisory and training skills
  • planning and budgeting expertise

Job Duties

  • Meets budgeted sales targets
  • sets and meets controllable cost targets
  • develops and executes local store marketing plans
  • responds to competitor activities
  • hires, trains, and manages staff
  • ensures adherence to quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • manages store budget and analyzes financial performance
  • conducts performance reviews and resolves personnel issues
  • maintains compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • oversees maintenance and cleanliness of the store
  • promotes employee development and retention
  • manages inventory levels and controls costs
