Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- ability to stand for long periods
- capability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- travel to multiple stores as needed
- physical inspection of all restaurant areas
- work in hot and cold environments including kitchen, cooler, and freezer
- 1-2 years management or operations experience
- college degree or equivalent
- knowledge of Wendy's policies and procedures

- Meets budgeted sales targets
- sets and meets controllable cost targets
- develops and executes local store marketing plans
- responds to competitor activities

- manages store budget and analyzes financial performance
- conducts performance reviews and resolves personnel issues
- maintains compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- oversees maintenance and cleanliness of the store
- promotes employee development and retention
- manages inventory levels and controls costs
