Job Requirements
- Work a flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available to close the store at least once per week
- Attend corporate meetings and conferences with possible overnight and interstate travel
- Maintain valid identification for airline travel
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant experience
- Proven success in financial management including sales, reporting, payroll, and expense control
- Experienced in retail management with operational excellence and merchandising
- Skilled in leadership management with talent development and team motivation
- Proficient with technology including POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities
- Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changes
Job Duties
- Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink goals
- Drive company profitability through operational excellence, sales growth, and expense control
- Develop and manage effective store scheduling and payroll budget adherence
- Address financial and operational issues through reporting, store visits, and audits
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests
- Maintain attendance standards and hold associates accountable
- Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team and manage staffing needs
- Address policy violations with corrective actions in partnership with leadership
- Build an engaged team through collaboration, communication, and work prioritization
- Foster an inclusive environment encouraging associate growth and engagement
- Lead manager and associate development including training, coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning
- Ensure ongoing training participation for all team members
- Share enterprise strategies and align store goals accordingly
- Promote teamwork by providing clear leadership and direction
- Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program to enhance guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and dress code
- Schedule associates effectively to meet guest experience and loss prevention goals
- Utilize task management tools for prioritizing store workload and compliance
- Protect assets through standards in safety, inventory control, cash management, and loss prevention
- Conduct day-to-day inventory control and theft reporting
- Support store improvements through adoption of company initiatives and technology
- Communicate business trends, challenges, merchandise needs, and competitive insights to field leadership
