Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms for tasks such as chopping stirring carrying and operating equipment
- Frequent bending stooping squatting stretching twisting and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
- Occasional sitting talking and active listening as required by the role
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly using proper lifting techniques and assistance when needed
- Ability to move around kitchen quickly and efficiently
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate develop and manage teams
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to resolve complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- Experience managing budgets controlling costs and achieving financial targets
- Strong problem-solving abilities to handle operational and customer issues effectively
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities effectively
- Attention to detail particularly regarding food quality cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations ensuring cleanliness organization and efficiency
- Ensure Wendy's operational standards for food quality service cleanliness and food safety are met and exceeded
- Manage food inventory stock levels and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Recruit hire train and develop team members fostering a strong culture of respect professionalism and customer service
- Lead motivate and guide management staff crew members and employees to achieve operational and service excellence
- Control food costs labor costs and operational expenses to meet financial goals
- Handle customer complaints concerns and feedback professionally ensuring positive resolution
- Schedule and assign tasks to staff based on business needs managing labor costs
- Ensure compliance with Wendy's policies procedures and all safety sanitation and health regulations
- Drive local marketing efforts promotions and community engagement to boost sales and brand loyalty
- Respond to emergencies accidents or operational disruptions minimizing impact on business
- Provide regular reports to District Manager on performance challenges and opportunities
