Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • Demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions
  • Proven leadership and success record as a casual dining or full service restaurant manager
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe and local state regulatory certificates
  • Proficiency in English communication verbally and in writing

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • 3+ years consistent achievement of highly distinguished business results as a restaurant manager preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions
  • Proven leadership and success record as a casual dining or full service restaurant manager
  • ServSafe, local and state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain required
  • Proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations focusing on culinary and beverage excellence and exceptional service
  • Hire, train, and inspire restaurant staff
  • Drive sales and maximize guest satisfaction
  • Create a fun and safe work environment for employees
  • Ensure compliance with employment policies and regulations
  • Manage team performance including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Maintain safe food handling procedures and a clean environment for guests
