Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a management role within the foodservice industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to meet job demands including bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Dexterity to handle kitchen equipment safely
  • Comfort working in varying temperatures and near open flames
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain constant alertness and work safely

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
  • Provide leadership and motivation to ensure guest-focused and team-focused service
  • Develop self and others through coaching, training, and accountability
  • Manage inventory, labor, staffing, and performance accountability
  • Create positive work atmosphere and set high operational standards
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork among staff
  • Adapt to change by solving problems openly and inclusively
  • Assist with any additional duties as assigned
