Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Physical ability to meet job demands including bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for long periods
  • Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and learn continuously

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership roles
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage inventory, labor, and staffing efficiently
  • Customer service oriented with a passion for hospitality
  • Problem-solving skills with adaptability to change
  • High school diploma or equivalent, further education in hospitality or business is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members to promote a guest-focused and team-focused culture
  • Manage inventory, labor, staffing, and overall accountability within the restaurant
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and corrective actions when necessary
  • Foster a positive work environment by setting high standards and encouraging teamwork
  • Consistently deliver outstanding customer service by inspiring teams to say yes to every guest
  • Adapt to change by solving problems through open-minded and inclusive approaches
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned
