Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
- ability to bend, reach overhead, and handle kitchen equipment
- comfortable working in hot and cold environments and near open flames
- physical ability to work in tight spaces and maintain constant communication
- close, distance, and peripheral vision required
- ability to sit, squat, kneel occasionally
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- commitment to working safely and attentively
