Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant or food service management
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to bend, reach overhead, handle kitchen equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to maintain constant communication and vigilance
- comfortable working in varying temperature conditions and near open flames
