Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior restaurant management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Capability to comply with company policies and legal regulations
  • Availability for on-site management

Job Duties

  • Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant including execution of company policies and procedures
  • Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas while following company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Create and maintain a "People Excellence" environment
  • Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain Wendy's quality standards in all items served
