Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Capability to comply with company policies and legal regulations
- Availability for on-site management

Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant including execution of company policies and procedures
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas while following company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Create and maintain a "People Excellence" environment
- Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain Wendy's quality standards in all items served
