Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience managing a restaurant or similar operation
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • strong business and financial acumen
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to speak the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations to ensure high performance
  • hire, train, and develop restaurant staff
  • oversee food preparation ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with health standards
  • develop sales forecasts and manage profit and loss
  • lead marketing initiatives including fundraisers and community engagement
  • ensure excellent guest experiences
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant
