Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in restaurant industry
  • ability to work a standard 40 to 45 hour work week with flexible hours as needed
  • ability to work days and hours scheduled by the District Manager
  • basic computer knowledge
  • capability to stand for long periods
  • ability to work around heat and in close quarters
  • capable of lifting 50 to 75 pounds
  • able to move throughout the restaurant to monitor operations and employee performance
  • able to work with various cleaning products

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in restaurant industry
  • basic knowledge of computers
  • financial and analytical skills including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
  • strong organizational, planning and time management skills
  • team building skills
  • problem solving skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Model and create an environment where the guest is always right
  • respond positively and quickly to guest concerns
  • hire high quality staff who ensure consistent guest satisfaction
  • train and empower employees to deliver total guest satisfaction
  • evaluate employee performance and maintain high guest service levels
  • continuously improve employee skills, knowledge and morale
  • train, coach and provide regular performance feedback

  • develop and execute the business plan including fiscal responsibilities and manpower planning
  • utilize labor effectively to meet budget
  • manage financial results of the restaurant
