Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in restaurant industry
- ability to work a standard 40 to 45 hour work week with flexible hours as needed
- ability to work days and hours scheduled by the District Manager
- basic computer knowledge
- capability to stand for long periods
- ability to work around heat and in close quarters
- capable of lifting 50 to 75 pounds
- able to move throughout the restaurant to monitor operations and employee performance
- able to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in restaurant industry
- basic knowledge of computers
- financial and analytical skills including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
- strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- team building skills
- problem solving skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Model and create an environment where the guest is always right
- respond positively and quickly to guest concerns
