Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License
- Has an automobile with required insurance coverage available to drive for the Company
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Complete all internal certification programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize prioritize and work under pressure
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop execute and follow-up on action plans
- Budgeting skills
- Ability to read write analyze and interpret business reports
- Basic math skills including fractions percentages ratios and proportions

- Ability to work flexible hours including days evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to work 50-65 hours per week
Job Duties
- Operate the restaurant in an efficient manner promoting friendly service and high-quality food
- maintain all areas of the restaurant clean sanitized organized and running smoothly and communicate special needs to the District Manager
- exhibit a high degree of awareness in customer relations and satisfaction and promote the same to all team members
- recruit interview and hire or approve hiring of all hourly team members
- ensure compliance with I-9 Form requirements for all employees
- properly train and ascertain that all personnel are properly trained
- monitor product inventory ensuring items are dated and stock is rotated
- complete daily weekly and period end inventory counts and forms
- purchase and receive all items and verify invoice accuracy
- process administrative forms invoices and paperwork as instructed by District Manager
- adhere to production standards and procedures to maintain product quality and control food costs
- schedule all personnel and assign specific duties
- manage labor costs effectively
- understand and manage P&Ls
- follow in-store marketing guidelines and display promotional materials timely and in good condition
- carry out public relations assignments
- implement preventative maintenance program for equipment property and premises
- maintain proper security and follow security policies
- carry out operational procedures as outlined in company manuals
- assist in planning organizing and participating in company goals
- ensure all employees follow cash procedures
- maintain required computer and operating reports
- complete proper shift-change procedures
- be proficient in all team member positions
- complete timely and accurate employee performance reviews
- follow company policies for counseling documenting or discharging employees
- maintain speed of service standards
- ensure employees comply with uniform and personal appearance requirements
- forecast sales product production and labor needs
- ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- make guests feel special
- perform other duties as assigned by management
