Job Requirements
- minimum one year experience as shift lead or manager in full service, casual dining, or quick service restaurant
- availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends
- ability to work up to 10-hour shifts standing or walking
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to bend, stoop, and occasionally use a ladder
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year experience as shift lead or manager in full service, casual dining, or quick service restaurant
- demonstrated leadership skills including coaching, directing, and motivating teams
- experience with financial management including inventory, scheduling, labor management, and profit and loss knowledge
- strong attention to detail and quality standards
- excellent communication skills
