Job Requirements

  • minimum one year experience as shift lead or manager in full service, casual dining, or quick service restaurant
  • availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends
  • ability to work up to 10-hour shifts standing or walking
  • ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • ability to bend, stoop, and occasionally use a ladder

Job Qualifications

  • minimum one year experience as shift lead or manager in full service, casual dining, or quick service restaurant
  • demonstrated leadership skills including coaching, directing, and motivating teams
  • experience with financial management including inventory, scheduling, labor management, and profit and loss knowledge
  • strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • work closely with management to maintain strategic vision for the restaurant
  • develop a culture ensuring excellent food and service execution
  • hire, train, and retain employees
  • coach, direct, and motivate team members
  • manage inventory, schedules, and labor costs
  • monitor sales and profit growth
  • ensure guest satisfaction
