Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of company's policies and procedures
  • Ability to analyze profit and loss and implement corrective measures
  • Understanding of supervisory practices
  • Skills in planning and budgeting
  • Experience in interviewing and training practices
  • Familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
  • Serve-Safe certification required
  • Must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion

Job Duties

  • Manage the operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant
  • Execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • Ensure objectives are reached in all areas while following all company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
  • Conduct hiring, interviewing, planning and budgeting activities
