Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
- Knowledge of company's policies and procedures
- Ability to analyze profit and loss and implement corrective measures
- Understanding of supervisory practices
- Skills in planning and budgeting
- Experience in interviewing and training practices
- Familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
- Serve-Safe certification required
- Must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion

Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant
- Execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Ensure objectives are reached in all areas while following all company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
- Conduct hiring, interviewing, planning and budgeting activities
