Job Requirements
- HSD or GED preferred
- 1 plus years experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or US Military Service
- Strong customer service and support focus

Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations including food production and guest service
- Manage recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Plan staffing and performance management
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food costs
- Ensure food safety standards are met
- Maintain high standards of guest and employee safety
