- prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends
- knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations and staff in accordance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise employee performance and administer rewards or discipline including termination
- address complaints and resolve problems
- cultivate a restaurant culture that fosters employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to management and staff
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- personally greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor quality food standards and cleanliness
- control daily operations including cash procedures, inventory, food and labor management
- manage food, labor, and carryout costs
- conduct weekly inventory and cost control through recipes and portioning
- optimize labor schedules and monitor sales performance
- ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform all other duties as assigned
