Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years experience in management
- able to work a standard 40 to 45 hour work week
- able to work flexible hours as necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively
- able to work the days and hours as scheduled by the district manager
- basic knowledge of computers
- financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P and L management
- strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- effective team building skills
- problem solving abilities
- good verbal and written communication skills
- able to work long hours
- able to stand for long periods
- able to work around heat
- able to work around others in close quarters
- able to move throughout the restaurant and observe operations and employee performance
- able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
- able to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years experience in a management position preferably in the restaurant industry
- basic knowledge of computers

Job Duties
- Model and create an environment in which the guest is always right

- enforce all labor laws including federal, state and local
- uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
- focus on and be driven by the guest
