Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
  • willingness to travel to multiple stores
  • ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • physical ability to inspect all areas of the restaurant

  • 1-2 years management experience in the restaurant industry
  • knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
  • supervisory and training skills
