Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
- valid driver's license
- ability to stand for long periods
- capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
- willingness to travel to multiple stores
- ability to work in hot and cold environments
- physical ability to inspect all areas of the restaurant
Job Qualifications

- 1-2 years management experience in the restaurant industry
- knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- supervisory and training skills
- P&L analysis competency
- strong leadership and communication abilities
- experience with budgeting and planning

- Meet budgeted sales targets
