Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
  • ability to manage and direct others
  • passion for training and developing team
  • ability to analyze Profit and Loss statement

Job Qualifications
