Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License
- Has an automobile with required insurance coverage available for company use
- Complete all internal certification programs
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Experience in inventory management and cost control
- Ability to organize prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial report analysis
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Duties
- Operate the restaurant in an efficient manner promoting friendly service and high-quality food
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all restaurant areas and communicate special needs to the District Manager
- Exhibit high awareness in customer relations and promote this among team members
- Recruit interview and hire or approve hiring of all hourly team members
- Ensure all personnel are properly trained
- Monitor product inventory including stock rotation and perform inventory counts
- Purchase and receive all items verifying invoice accuracy
- Process administrative forms invoices and paperwork as instructed by District Manager
- Adhere to production standards and control food costs
- Schedule all personnel and assign specific duties
- Manage labor costs effectively
- Understand and manage profit and loss statements
- Implement in store marketing and ensure promotional materials are timely and properly displayed
- Carry out public relations assignments from the company
- Maintain preventative maintenance for equipment property and premises
- Follow security policies in all restaurant areas
- Comply with operational procedures outlined in company manuals
- Assist in planning organizing and participating in achieving company goals
- Ensure cash procedures compliance
- Maintain required computer and operating reports
- Complete proper shift-change procedures
- Be proficient in all team member positions
- Conduct timely performance reviews
- Follow company policies when counseling documenting or discharging employees
- Maintain established speed of service standards
- Enforce uniform and personal appearance standards
- Forecast sales product production and labor needs
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Make guests feel special
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
