Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years management experience including profit and loss responsibility
  • Availability to work 45-50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
  • Strong profit and loss management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale software
  • Valid driver's license and current insurance with comprehensive and collision coverage
  • Ability to transport pets during emergencies
  • Comfortable working in front- and back-of-house roles
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary, or hospitality management preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of management experience including profit and loss management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale software
  • Experience in veterinary, restaurant, retail, or hospitality management preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with comprehensive insurance
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to personal development and business operations
  • Enthusiastic animal lover and community-oriented brand ambassador
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Understand and communicate the company's mission, values, and objectives
  • Provide leadership and direction for all site operations including financial management, customer service, pet care, and team management
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and proactive lead management
  • Create plans to achieve sales revenue, labor, cost of goods sold, and expense management targets
  • Maintain operational excellence and compliance with company policies
  • Recognize and reward outstanding team performance
  • Drive financial success through data analysis and optimization of performance
  • Engage in community outreach and develop local marketing plans
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance coaching of team members
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve service issues promptly
  • Enforce adherence to health, safety, and operational procedures
  • Lead shifts as Manager on Duty and conduct daily audits
  • Foster a positive team culture and maintain retention rates
  • Utilize digital marketing channels to generate and nurture leads
